Please let us know your preferred dates before you book your flights so that we can make all the necessary arrangements including helping you to find accommodation for your stay if you wish. Generally speaking all costs related to travel and accommodation etc. are paid for by the client.  However, every now and then the developer offers some incentives such as furniture vouchers, all inclusive inspection trips, and so o­n.  Any incentive that may be available to you will be agreed upon before hand.  Currently all clients purchasing a Polaris World property between 18th till 30th June 2008 will be eligible to receive upon completion a 2,000 Euros furniture voucher to be redeemed at Polaris Home Style.

One of our team will also take you from and to the airport and take you to the properties you wish to view. Unlike other companies, we believe in the saleability of our products and therefore do not apply pressure selling techniques and should you wish time for yourself whilst here we will not be in your way.

The Buying Stages

Getting Ready - Contact Veritas Homes to arrange an inspection trip. Based o­n your specification you will recieve a proposed schedule for your visit

Arrival - A Veritas Homes partner will personally welcome you at the airport and take you to your hotel

Property Viewings - You will be shown around the local area as well as your selected properties

Consultation Period - Re-assess the properties viewed and establish whether any of them is the right investment for you

Going Ahead - If Yes - Appoint a solicitor, pay reservation fee, open bank account, arrange finance etc. Confirmation of any incentives if applicable. If No - Review your requirements and take you back to the airport.

After Sales - Veritas Homes will continue to advise you o­n any queries you may have and help you to settle into your new home.

Completion - Congratulations! This will take place at the office of the Notary and your chosen solicitor will accompany you.
