Once you have chosen your property and have agreed the purchase price, etc., our after-sales team will assist you to completion and beyond. We will liaise with you, the developer/vendor, your solicitor and your bank to ensure that your purchase proceeds as smoothly and satisfactorily as possible. We will also advise you regarding obtaining finance, insurance, removals, legalisation of your presence in Spain, furniture packs, etc.

At Veritas Homes we do not believe in leaving you stranded after your purchase. You can continue to count o­n us even after you have happily completed your purchase. Both André and Sarah through our sister company Ask Andre will always be there for you should you need any further help or advice.
